We take all necessary precautions to protect the customer's building as well as the neighbors and all landscaping with tarps and plywood sheeting. All debris are removed at the end of each work day and put into a dumpster we will supply. All repairs are guaranteed not to leak for a minimum of 2 years. If the work performed does leak within the guaranteed period we will come out and repair the area at no extra charge to the customer. Normally within 48 hours.

7 Steps to get your insurance to replace your roof
Have Hermes Renovations inspect your roof for hail damage. If confirmed, call your insurance to let them know you had an inspection done by Hermes Renovations, and that we found hail damage, and you would like an adjuster to come out.
The adjuster will perform another inspection. Let a contractor like Hermes Renovations know about the inspection so we can assist you and unsure the best outcome possible
You will receive a scope of work and a check from your insurance company.
We will meet with you to review the scope of work and identify any repairs you don’t want us to perform so you can keep the proceeds. Chose a roofing material and color, and schedule your project. Upgraded will be quoted if desired.
Install day: after we complete the project, pay the deductible to the contractor (the deductible must be paid at install time in order to recover the depreciation).
We then notify your insurance that the work is complete. the insurance company releases the remaining proceeds, called depreciation to pay the contractor.
Make a final payment and your roof is restored to pre-loss condition.
